The optical sorting machine equipped with color and shape sorting functions and a calibration curve creation system is a versatile belt-type optical sorter that accommodates a wide range of raw materials (as referenced in performance examples).
The raw materials are fed onto the belt conveyor evenly and broadly by an electromagnetic feeder. By illuminating the raw materials brightly with high-brightness, high-color-rendering LEDs, it is possible to accurately capture full-color images.
